Spec 00 — Feature index

Not a pile of email tools — one workspace that answers three questions.

What do I send? Who should get it? When should it land? Each Delphi feature exists to answer one of those, in plain words, on a screen you can read at a glance.

Spec 01 — Decide

Deciding what, who and when

The three tools you’ll open most often. Each one shows its work before anything is sent.

Spec 01.1 · Sequences

Draw the journey once. Delphi runs it.

Drop a trigger, a wait, a condition and an email onto a canvas. Add a branch for people who didn’t open, and the count under each step shows how many will go that way. Nothing sends until you press Publish, and you can pause a live sequence without losing anyone’s place in it.

  • Branch on opens, clicks, purchases or tags
  • A head count under every step before you publish
  • Ready-made welcome, cart and winback sequences
Fits your week

Build the welcome series on Monday, publish it, and it keeps working while you write the newsletter.

Spec 01.2 · Segments

Lists that keep themselves tidy.

Write who you mean as plain rules, such as bought at least twice in 90 days and opened something this month. The group re-checks itself as people click and buy, so Thursday’s send never goes to a list that went stale on Tuesday.

  • Rules read like sentences, no query language
  • Live match count and a sample of real people
  • Exclude anyone already in a winback
Fits your week

Save “Autumn buyers” once, then point every restock email at it.

Spec 01.3 · Send time

Each person gets it when they usually read.

Delphi studies the hour every subscriber tends to open and sends to that hour. You choose the day; the timing, which nobody can do by hand for thousands of people, is handled. Open any subscriber to see the pattern behind their send time.

  • A best window learned from each person’s own history
  • New subscribers start on a sensible default
  • Turn it off for any one campaign
Fits your week

Schedule Thursday’s journal on Wednesday night. Delivery spreads itself across the morning.

Spec 02 — Deliver

Making it look right, arrive, and teach you something

After the decisions comes the craft: the email itself, whether it reaches the inbox, and what you learn once it’s out.

Spec 02.1 · Editor

A newsletter editor that remembers your brand.

Set colours, fonts and logo once in a brand kit. Every new email starts from a saved template and already looks like you, so the Thursday journal takes minutes instead of an afternoon. Product blocks pull names and prices straight from your store.

  • Drag-and-drop blocks: heading, text, products, button
  • Brand kit applied to every template
  • Autosave and a preview for phone and desktop
Fits your week

Duplicate last month’s journal, swap the products, schedule it for the fifth.

Spec 02.2 · Deliverability

A quiet alert before a risky send, not after.

Delphi checks your sending domain and every draft for spam risk, then says in one sentence what to change. You fix it while it’s still a draft, and your sender reputation stays untouched. The right person is told by name.

  • SPF, DKIM and DMARC checked continuously
  • A 1-to-10 risk rating on every draft
  • Complaint and bounce rates kept in view
Fits your week

Glance at the panel before you schedule. Green means go.

Spec 02.3 · Reports

A read-out that says what changed, in a sentence.

Every campaign gets a short summary: which subject line won, who clicked, what they bought. Compare any send with the one before it, so you learn something every week instead of staring at a dashboard.

  • Opens, clicks, orders and revenue per send
  • Subject-line A/B results with a clear winner
  • A weekly read-out to your inbox
Fits your week

Read Monday’s summary over coffee, then plan the week around it.

Spec 02.4 · Command palette

Press ⌘K and say where you’re going.

Jump to a campaign, a sequence, a segment or a subscriber by typing a few letters. Start a new send without hunting through menus. It’s the shortest path between you and the task.

  • Search across campaigns, people and templates
  • One-key shortcuts shown beside every action
Fits your week

Reopen Tuesday’s draft in two keystrokes.

Spec 03 — A working week

How a Thursday newsletter fits Monday to Friday

Mon01

Check the read-out

Last week’s summary lands in your inbox. Skim which subject line won.

Tue02

Pick the group

Open a saved segment, glance at the live count, add one rule if needed.

Wed03

Write the email

Start from the journal template. The brand kit does the styling.

Wed pm04

Clear the risk check

Fix anything amber, then schedule. Send times are set per person.

Thu05

Watch it land

Opens arrive through the morning, each at the reader’s own hour.

Spec 04 — Under the hood

Where your list lives, what it connects to, and how it stays up

04.1 · Security

Your subscribers stay yours.

Delphi never sells or shares your list. Access is by role, so a freelancer can edit a draft without seeing every address.

  • Roles: owner, editor, viewerAmphictyony
  • Data encrypted in transitAll plans
  • Data encrypted at restAll plans
  • One-click unsubscribe on every sendBuilt in
04.2 · Integrations

Reads from where you work.

Connect the places your customers, tasks and invoices already live, and Delphi reads from them instead of asking you to re-enter anything.

  • Airtable
  • Jira
  • Trello
  • Asana
  • PagerDuty
  • Xero
  • Salesforce
04.3 · Reliability

Built to keep sending.

A send that’s halfway out the door carries on if you close the tab. A status page tells you when something’s off, before you have to ask.

  • Sends resume after interruptionAutomatic
  • Progress bar on live sendsPer campaign
  • Dedicated IPAmphictyony
Spec 05 — The last look

One calm screen between you and the send button.

Before anything goes out, Delphi lists who will receive it, when, and what it checked. If something looks off you’ll see it here, in plain words, with a way back to the draft.

Honest by design

Nothing sends on its own. You always press the final button.

Spec 06 — Next step

Seen enough? Pick a plan and send your first sequence today.

Every feature on this page is in every plan, sized by the number of contacts. Plans start at $199 a year.
